Cloud Success is a specialized team within Salesforce's Customer Success organization that combines technical expertise with strategic guidance. As a Success Architect specializing in Service Cloud, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Salesforce's most strategic customers. You'll provide expert guidance on solution design, system optimization, and technical architecture while ensuring scalability and security.

The role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce's Service Cloud features, including case management, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge, and automation tools. You'll work closely with support engineers, customer success managers, and product teams to drive long-term solutions and influence product improvements. Your responsibilities span from technical architecture assessment to strategic advisory, helping customers optimize their Salesforce implementations.

Key technical skills include proficiency in data management, integration patterns, security configurations, and development using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Requirements For Success Architect Service Cloud

Java
  • 5+ years of experience in software, system, or enterprise architecture
  • Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, and technical governance
  • Experience with large-scale, complex implementations
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in English
  • Expertise in Service Cloud features
  • Proficiency in data models and integration
  • Experience with APEX programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Required certifications: Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, Service Cloud Consultant
