Salesforce is seeking a Success Architect for Tableau to serve as a technical advisor and customer advocate. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring 10+ years of experience in technical customer success roles. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Korean, with strong knowledge of business intelligence tools, particularly Tableau.

Responsibilities For Success Architect - Tableau

  • Serve as first point of contact for technical issues, providing strategic solutions on-site at customer locations
  • Support post-sales activities, resolving complex software issues
  • Act as customer advocate during high severity cases
  • Conduct architecture reviews and provide optimization recommendations
  • Build and present customized solutions and product demonstrations
  • Cultivate stakeholder relationships with customer IT and business executive leadership
  • Deliver customer sessions including Expert Coaching and Ask-an-Expert
  • Participate in technical enablement for customer success and sales teams

Requirements For Success Architect - Tableau

Python
  • 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases, networking, cloud infrastructure, enterprise BI
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business-friendly terms
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication in both English and Korean
  • Experience with Tableau products or competing platforms
  • Familiarity with Python/R, web development, and AI/statistical analysis
