  • Establish working relationships with Infrastructure Operations and Product Management
  • Participate in technology evaluations and keep up with industry trends
  • Operate as technical expert on infrastructure projects
  • Perform infrastructure service implementations and optimization
  • Perform enterprise Domain consolidation and decommission
  • Analyze and improve Corporate IT services quality
  • Ensure service availability and reliability
  • Provide management updates on new technologies
  • Assist with testing and implementation of new technologies
  • Help resolve complex IT issues in Tier 3 capacity
  • Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements For Systems Engineering SMTS Identity and Access Management

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or related quantitative discipline
