Responsibilities For Technical Architect

  • Support sales cycle covering technical architecture
  • Explain benefits of Salesforce Customer 360 platform to IT and technical partners
  • Assess technical customer requirements and potential solutions
  • Advise CIO/CTO/CXO level contacts on cloud architecture
  • Participate in Proof of Concepts and Hackathons
  • Coach and mentor pre-sales colleagues
  • Drive innovation projects
  • Respond to RFPs
  • Maintain understanding of European Data Protection legislation

Requirements For Technical Architect

  • Fluent English and German or French (spoken and written)
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering
  • Knowledge of Swiss & industry data privacy compliance requirements
  • Experience with architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Multi-year experience in software, system or enterprise architecture
  • Understanding of cloud platforms including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy
  • Understanding of enterprise application integration
  • Knowledge of network, application and information security
  • Salesforce Certified Architect or Admin (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce AppExchange partners (preferred)
