Description For Technical Architect, Data Cloud

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect for their Data Cloud team to play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions for customers across various industries. This position involves working closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing teams to provide deep technical expertise during pre and post-sale processes. The role requires a strong understanding of CRM, Modern Data Stack, Analytics & BI, and AI landscapes.

As a Technical Architect, you'll be responsible for ensuring Data Cloud's success by helping customers identify valuable use cases and implementing technical architecture best practices. You'll collaborate with the broader Data Cloud team to develop use cases, demos, sales plays, and technical thought leadership. Additionally, you'll influence the Product Roadmap and serve as a key advisor to the Product organization.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in solutions architecture within the B2B SaaS space, particularly with cloud data platforms. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be interfacing with clients at all organizational levels. Technical expertise in data warehouses, cloud technology, and programming languages is required. The role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while solving complex business problems for enterprise clients.

This hybrid position requires minimum 3 days per week in office and offers the chance to work with industry-leading cloud and AI technologies. You'll be part of a team that's shaping the future of enterprise data solutions while contributing to Salesforce's continued innovation in the CRM and cloud computing space.

  • Experience with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Cloud Technology, BI and CRM products
  • Programming experience in Javascript, Python, and SQL or Salesforce App Development
