Responsibilities For Technical Architect - Presales

  • Be the trusted advisor to customers, prospects, and Marketing Solutions Engineering team
  • Conduct architecture and solutioning workshops
  • Develop technical integration approaches and architectural diagrams
  • Create customized presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes
  • Present Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology infrastructure
  • Orchestrate targeted workshops for technical approaches
  • Develop and deliver enablement content and tools
  • Transfer knowledge to ensure successful solution implementation
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications

Requirements For Technical Architect - Presales

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of consulting and solution design experience
  • Experience with Salesforce CDP platform or equivalent Customer Data Platforms
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and SDKs
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and multi-tiered infrastructure
  • 25% - 60% travel required
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experience in presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Data Governance and Privacy regulations
