Description For Technical Business Analyst, Product & Pricing Ops

As a Technical Business Analyst in the Quoting Rules team, you'll be part of the Revenue, Growth, and Automation space. This fast-paced role offers broad impact across the company through various partner engagements. You'll craft scalable solutions with engineers and architects, work with support teams, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

The position requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on CPQ system configuration and management. You'll be responsible for implementing and maintaining product configurations, managing monthly NPI releases, and developing tools to enhance deployment processes. The role demands expertise in Salesforce administration, particularly with CPQ systems.

Responsibilities For Technical Business Analyst, Product & Pricing Ops

  • Design, implement, and manage the configuration of internal CPQ systems
  • Deploy configuration changes during monthly New Product Introduction (NPI) releases
  • Design and build new tools and scripts to speed up and protect the NPI deployment process
  • Gather, implement, and support product configuration requirements
  • Support CPQ infrastructures including rule configuration and release management
  • Lead troubleshooting and bug fixing for published rules configurations
  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Support AMER or EMEA Shift (on a need basis)

Requirements For Technical Business Analyst, Product & Pricing Ops

Python
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) Certification required
  • Salesforce CPQ/Conga CPQ/Approvals/CLM experience
  • 3+ years of System Administration or IT experience
  • 1+ years of experience in the configuration of a CPQ system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision
