  • Develop detailed explainer videos and demos for strategic AI launches
  • Improve technical content for AI concepts including technical explainers, blogs, and whitepapers
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials for sales teams
  • Partner with Engineering and Product Management on product strategy and roadmaps
  • Drive Agentforce product strategy in launches, releases, content, and campaigns
  • Partner with campaigns, solution engineering, and other product marketers
  • Keep current with technology trends and incorporate emerging technologies

Requirements For Technical Product Marketing Director, Agentforce

  • Experience with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, customer service)
  • Expertise in building product demos end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with design tools such as Figma
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Video design and editing skills (Adobe Premier, Camtasia, or FinalCut preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce products and B2B technology platforms preferred
