Salesforce is seeking a Technical / Senior Technical Consultant to join their Customer Success team. As a key player in delivering rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems, you'll be responsible for turning program designs into configured solutions using Salesforce Industries' vertical applications. You'll work in Agile scrum teams, building complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology. Your role will span all phases of the project lifecycle, from low-level design and development to deployment and post-production support. You'll acquire deep product knowledge of Salesforce Industries vertical applications, mentor customer resources, and champion best practices in the wider Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and excellent communication skills to deliver successful enterprise CRM implementations.
