Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer - French Speaking

  • Take ownership of customer issues through to resolution including troubleshooting and internal communication
  • Liaise with internal teams on escalated technical issues and product roadmap changes
  • Create knowledge base materials for operational efficiency
  • Respond to technical support requests regarding integration API-related issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve complex integration challenges
  • Document and track support cases, solutions, and interactions
  • Escalate critical issues to development teams when necessary

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer - French Speaking

Java

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Proven experience in Technical Support environment
  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP web services
  • Experience troubleshooting Internet technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of database concepts and SQL
  • Experience in Java development and concepts
  • Experience with JEE Application Servers and Containers
  • Deep knowledge of Internet technologies and protocols
