This role is part of the Global Support organization, focusing on delivering exceptional support for the #1 cloud-based platform. As a Mission Critical Support specialist, you'll handle cases of varying severities while working with some of our largest and most strategic accounts in Salesforce Industries Cloud.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong customer service skills, bringing experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. Requirements For Technical Support Engineer - German speaking

JavaScript

  • Fluency in German and English languages
  • Familiarity with database concepts and data management (RDBMS), JSON, and SQL
  • Familiarity with Object-Oriented design and core programming concepts
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP API
  • Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS)
  • Experience with back-end development (Java, .Net, SQL)
  • Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with all levels of management
