Requirements For Technical Support Engineer, Sales Cloud

JavaScript
  • Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Internet technologies (firewalls, web servers, proxy servers)
  • Experience in engineering, programming, or technical support
  • Experience with HTML and CSS implementation
  • Understanding of system configurations including web, application, and database servers
  • Experience with database concepts, data management (RDBMS), and SQL
  • Experience in handling complaints and stakeholder coordination
  • Fluent Japanese (speaking, reading, writing) and English (reading and writing required, speaking preferred)
