This role is crucial in transforming how private equity firms create value for investors and portfolio companies. The position combines strategic thinking, sales focus, and execution orientation to drive new customer acquisition and add-on business.

As a Value Creation Manager, you'll work with the AI SWAT team to identify priority use cases for portfolio companies, engage with senior executives, and develop strategic relationships. You'll be responsible for building business cases, ROI analyses, and creating impact playbooks that demonstrate Salesforce's value proposition.   • Work directly with AI SWAT Team and Relationship Managers across customer lifecycle
  • Build compelling business case presentations and ROI analyses
  • Work with internal sales teams to define account strategies
  • Provide thought leadership and consultative partnering
  • Engage senior level customer leaders in meetings and workshops
  • Build informed business cases on the value of Salesforce products
  • Create high-quality content and assets for private equity firms
  • Track post engagement results and produce Private Equity Content
  • Champion value selling and execute cross-functional value assessments

Requirements For Value Creation Manager - Private Equity Practice

  • 6+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years of IT strategy consulting, value advisory or management consulting experience
  • Mix of business and technical acumen
  • Experience working internationally with international clients and teams
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Degree educated with excellent business/professional English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel >30% of the time
  • Experience in dealing with complex governance models
  • Proficient in developing C-level connections
  • BA/BS in business, finance, economics, math, engineering, marketing, or related areas (MBA is a plus)
