As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in driving technical wins for prospects and customers, working with some of the world's most renowned brand manufacturers. The position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic storytelling ability to effectively communicate complex solutions in the ever-evolving e-commerce landscape.
Your responsibilities will span across multiple areas, including leading product demonstrations, conducting architecture reviews, and developing solutions that address both functional and technical requirements. You'll work closely with various teams - from Product and Customer Success to Professional Services and Marketing - ensuring a cohesive approach to customer success.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in B2B SaaS solutions. You should possess strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of PIM, DAM, and Commerce solutions is preferred, and French language proficiency is a plus.
