Sam's Club, a Walmart subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Manager of Member Engagement to lead their loyalty program initiatives. This role combines strategic partnership development with analytical thinking to drive growth in Sam's Club's membership program. The position offers an opportunity to work with a retail giant that serves millions of members across 700+ locations worldwide.

The role involves developing and executing partnership projects for Sam's Club's loyalty program, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution capabilities. You'll work cross-functionally with teams across Sam's Club and Walmart, as well as external partners, to drive high-impact initiatives and achieve aggressive growth goals.

  • Develop and execute partnership projects for Sam's Club's loyalty program
  • Influence and persuade teams within Sam's Club, Walmart, and external parties
  • Track and develop high impact partnerships with third parties
  • Manage full lifecycle of partner engagement and implementation
  • Conduct market research for new partnership opportunities
  • Orchestrate cross-functional activities with product managers
