Samsara, the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer for their Telematics team. This role is part of a cross-functional product engineering team that designs, develops, deploys, and maintains solutions to help customers make their vehicle fleets safer, greener, and more efficient. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on embedded devices and Linux systems.

Key responsibilities include developing customer-facing firmware features in Golang, contributing to observability practices, collaborating with support and quality engineering teams, and supporting a vast network of over 1.5 million deployed devices. Samsara offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $102,000 - $132,000 CAD, along with potential for equity awards.   • Develop, debug, and deploy customer-facing firmware features written in Golang for Samsara's cloud-connected hardware platform
