Responsibilities For Industrial Engineer

  • Analyze and optimize material flow across manufacturing processes
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights
  • Develop and refine production workflows
  • Support development and implementation of performance metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product optimization
  • Identify and address bottlenecks and quality issues
  • Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation
  • Provide guidance and training on lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics

Requirements For Industrial Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in industrial engineering
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with production environments in high-tech or defense industries
