This role is crucial in expanding Satispay's merchant network and requires spending 80% of time in the field. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end relationships with merchants, from initial contact to successful onboarding, turning them into brand ambassadors.

The position demands 2+ years of business development experience, preferably in field sales, with strong interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset. You'll be part of an expanding team led by Regional Managers and Team Leaders, focusing primarily on acquiring new merchants rather than managing existing ones.

Responsibilities For Field Business Developer

  • Strategically expand Satispay's network in the assigned area by proposing solutions to new merchants
  • Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding process from first contact to network integration
  • Build and maintain relationships with merchants, making them Satispay Brand Ambassadors
  • Keep CRM and other company tools updated for reporting and analysis
  • Conduct field visits to commercial activities (80% of work time)

Requirements For Field Business Developer

  • 2+ years of proven experience as Business Developer (preferably field-based)
  • Willingness to physically visit merchants and stores in main target areas
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Focus on new business development
  • Interest in FinTech (previous startup or FinTech experience is a plus)
