Description For Engineer- Support Operations

Saviynt is seeking a Support Operations Engineer to join their Identity Authority Platform team. This role is part of Saviynt Labs, where they design, build, and run leading Enterprise Identity solutions. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cloud services built on AWS, GCP, and Azure with a global presence.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Saviynt's enterprise identity cloud solutions, working directly with customers to resolve implementation and technical issues. You'll be part of a team that powers and protects organizations in their digital transformation journey, providing critical identity and access management solutions.

This role combines technical expertise in IAM/IGA solutions with customer-facing support responsibilities. You'll work in a shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, handling customer communications, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining documentation. The position requires strong technical skills in database operations, scripting, and various IAM tools, along with excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities For Engineer- Support Operations

  • Communicate with end users/businesses regarding implementation and break-fix issues
  • Drive customer satisfaction through timely & quality communication
  • Troubleshoot customer reported incidents and system alerts
  • Provide technical analysis and root cause analysis for incidents
  • Publish knowledge articles and prepare technical documentation
  • Work with Internal Saviynt Labs Teams for IAM and CPAM service offerings
  • Maintain KPIs for Customer Satisfaction, Ticket & Resolution Quality, and Productivity

Requirements For Engineer- Support Operations

  • 2+ Years experience in implementing IGA solutions
  • Strong domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  • Experience with IAM tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, OIM or ISIM
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and tools like Postman
  • Extensive experience in database operations & SQL
  • Scripting experience (Shell, JavaScript, Python, Groovy)
  • Knowledge of Linux, Unix & Windows operating systems
  • Experience with SSO providers
  • Experience with Support Tools like Freshservice, JIRA, Confluence
