Saviynt is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Identity and Access Management team in a hybrid role based in Bengaluru. This position combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring a strong background in IAM solutions and security technologies. The role involves working closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to design and implement identity governance solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in identity and access management, with the ability to handle both technical implementation and team leadership responsibilities. They will be responsible for deploying and configuring Saviynt's IAM solutions, conducting proof of concepts, and providing technical guidance to customers and team members.

Responsibilities For Solutions Engineer
- Assist in sales and pre-sales process including PoCs, Custom demos, Solution architecture design and technical presentations
- Deploy, configure, and integrate Saviynt IAM, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privilege Identity Management & Cloud Access Governance solutions
- Collate functional and technical requirements related to Identity Governance
- Design ideal architecture for Saviynt deployments with partners and customers
- Perform day to day management and administration of IdM environments
- Gather and analyze business requirements from software users
- Supervise project analysts and technical staff
- Act as Saviynt Product Evangelist
- Provide solution feedback and competitive intel to product management
- Coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, and technical aspects
Requirements For Solutions Engineer
- 7+ years experience in Identity and Access Management domain
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Degree in Computer Sciences or similar
- Expertise in IAM products (Oracle Identity Manager, Tivoli, Sailpoint, etc.)
- Development experience in Java
- Experience with SOAP and REST APIs
- Knowledge of LDAP technologies
- Experience in basic Database operations and SQL queries
- Experience with application deployment in tomcat and other servers
- Experience in Windows and Unix operating systems
- Strong understanding of security fundamentals
- Knowledge of security/authorization models for enterprise and SaaS applications
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Willing to travel up to 60% domestically with periodic international travel
