Saviynt is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer for Support Operations in the Federal sector. This role involves managing L2 operations, resolving technical issues, and supporting IAM services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AWS/Azure environments, Linux, DevOps, and scripting. Key responsibilities include triaging incidents, debugging, research, and ensuring SLA adherence. The position requires U.S. citizenship and a focus on federal compliance. Responsibilities For Sr. Infrastructure Engineer, Support Operations - Federal
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Provide Level 2 support for the system within agreed service levels
- Manage Incident, Service Request, Change, and Problem management processes
- Provide ongoing communication of ticket status per SLA
- Attend customer facing status calls
- Maintain system configurations and process documentation
- Help with operations after go-live, ensuring SLAs are adhered to
- Work closely with business, Engineering, Infrastructure/DevOps and Security teams
- Follow approved life cycle methodologies
- Create knowledge documentation for testing, troubleshooting, mitigation, and resolution
Requirements For Sr. Infrastructure Engineer, Support Operations - Federal
Linux

MySQL
- U.S. Citizenship
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's with 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong Domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- 7 years supporting AWS/Azure environments and native services
- 7 years working within Linux environments
- 5 years supporting Network Integration using cloud native services
- 5 years working within a DevOps or CI/CD environment
- 5 years scripting (Python, Java, or BASH preferred)
- Expertise in infrastructure as code
- Experience with configuring, deploying, and operating public cloud services
- Experience with network features
- Extensive experience in database operations & MySQL
- Experience in invoking REST/SOAP web services
- 5 years of experience in identity and access management with a focus on Federal compliance
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Meet US persons on US soil requirements
- Undergo full background investigation/screening
- Undergo IAL3 requirements
