Description For Associate C++ Developer

SciTec is a dynamic small business focused on delivering advanced sensor data processing technologies and scientific instrumentation capabilities for National Security and Defense. They're seeking an Associate C++ Developer to join their Boulder, CO team working on detection and tracking software. The role involves working with Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) sensor data and radar data for Missile Warning, Missile Defense, and Battlespace Awareness.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment developing critical national defense capabilities. You'll be involved in engineering, prototyping, developing, integrating, and testing advanced software. The role requires strong C++ programming skills and experience with Linux operating systems.

Requirements For Associate C++ Developer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, or computer science
  • At least four years of academic experience or one year of professional experience and fluency in C++
  • At least four years of academic experience or one year of professional experience using Linux operating systems
  • Professional or academic experience with Agile software development
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
  • Detail oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
