Senior/Principal Systems Engineer - Technical Manager

SciTec, a dynamic small business focused on national security and defense, is seeking a Senior/Principal Systems Engineer to join their team working on Next-Generation Missile Warning software. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical national defense capabilities through the development of software processing systems for Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) sensor data.

The position involves leading engineering teams and processes in a fast-paced, Agile environment, where you'll be responsible for designing architectures for remote sensor data processing systems and ensuring alignment with program requirements. You'll work with cutting-edge technology in missile warning, missile defense, and battlespace awareness, while coordinating between various stakeholders including customer representatives, program managers, and development teams.
