Description For Quality Assurance Engineer, Manual

Responsibilities For Quality Assurance Engineer, Manual

  • Identify risks, develop test plans and work with Software Engineers to execute them
  • Work closely with Software Engineers to ensure acceptance criteria are met
  • Help teams build measurable understanding of code quality and product risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QA best practices
  • Participate in Engineering ceremonies
  • Be an advocate for Testing and Quality standards

Requirements For Quality Assurance Engineer, Manual

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a QA role
  • At least 1 year of Manual QA experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and process refinement abilities
  • Experience in designing, reviewing, maintaining and executing manual tests
