Responsibilities For Technical Sales Engineer

  • Partner with sales team to provide technical expertise during customer engagements
  • Conduct thorough and tailored product demonstrations
  • Engage with customers to understand technical environment and requirements
  • Address technical queries and provide RFP responses
  • Work with product and development teams to convey customer feedback
  • Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members

Requirements For Technical Sales Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical pre-sales role
  • Experience selling / working with highly technical customers
  • Good technical understanding of MDS and data discovery tools
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in translating complex technical information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams in achieving targets
