As an Electrical Engineer at SOE, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge electrical systems across diverse industries including automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics, industrial automation, biomedical, and green energy. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering with experience in end-to-end electronics design. You'll be responsible for everything from schematic capture and PCB layout to hardware bring-up and troubleshooting. Responsibilities For Electrical Engineer
- Support the design, architecture, and development of electronic systems
- Work with internal engineering teams and external customers
- Take ownership from schematic capture and PCB layout through hardware bring-up and troubleshooting
- Participate in early-stage calls with new customers
- Review cost and labor estimates
Requirements For Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Math, or related field
- Experience with end-to-end electronics design
- Experience in common ECAD tool (Altium Designer, KiCad, Cadence, PADS, EAGLE)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills
- Must be eligible to work on export controlled projects
- Must be willing to work 40 hours a week on-site in El Segundo, California
