AI/ML/LLM Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer at Sei, you'll be at the forefront of developing and scaling our AI platform. You'll work directly with our experienced founding team, who bring 20+ years of combined experience from Deutsche Bank, Cloud Kitchens, PayPal, TransferWise, and Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data pipelines for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Evaluate and implement models for text classification, sentiment analysis, and speech-to-text
• Conduct model evaluations and performance analysis
• Research and implement state-of-the-art approaches for knowledge graphs and Graph RAGs
• Develop inference time reasoning approaches to improve model accuracy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Proven track record in building and scaling systems from scratch
• Experience with LLMs and modern AI frameworks
• Strong bias for action and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work from our Gurgaon office at least 4 days a week
