You'll work directly with founders who have 20+ years of combined experience in fintech and tech products from companies like Deutsche Bank, Cloud Kitchens, PayPal, TransferWise, and Amazon.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about AI/ML, with mandatory experience in LLMs and a track record of building systems from scratch. The role involves sophisticated work with RAG systems, model evaluation, and implementing cutting-edge approaches for knowledge graphs and inference time reasoning.

Responsibilities For AI/ML/LLM Engineer
- Build pipelines to clean and transform data for RAG
- Evaluate multiple models for text classification, sentiment analysis, STT, etc.
- Run evals
- Clean, prune, and collect datasets to analyze model performance, hallucination rates, recall, etc.
- Research and implement SOTA approaches for knowledge graphs and Graph RAGs
- Implement inference time reasoning approaches to improve the accuracy of models
Requirements For AI/ML/LLM Engineer
- Experience with AI/ML and LLMs is mandatory
- Experience building things from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10
- Experience working with early-stage companies
- Strong bias for action
- Experience building and/or scaling systems from scratch
- Must be able to work from Gurgaon office at least 3 days a week
