The role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence, requiring skills in coffee machine installation, maintenance, and repair. As a Coffee Equipment Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing and calibrating vending machines, conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting various technical issues, and ensuring optimal equipment performance. Responsibilities For Coffee Equipment Engineer - Specialist Coffee Services - London

  • Install coffee vending machines at client locations, ensuring proper setup and calibration
  • Provide training to clients on machine operation and basic troubleshooting
  • Perform routine maintenance on coffee vending machines
  • Replace worn-out components and ensure hygiene standards
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues in coffee machines
  • Conduct efficient repairs and minimize equipment downtime
  • Maintain a stock of spare parts, tools, and cleaning supplies
  • Accurately document inventory usage and report shortages
  • Provide exceptional client service during installations and maintenance visits
  • Maintain accurate records of service visits
  • Submit reports on machine performance trends and recurring issues

Requirements For Coffee Equipment Engineer - Specialist Coffee Services - London

  • Proven experience in repairing and maintaining coffee machines or similar vending equipment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software faults
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
