Description For Product Support Engineer

Semperis, recognized as one of America's Fastest-Growing Cybersecurity Companies on the Inc. 5000 List, is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join their Technical Delivery team. This role represents an opportunity to work with a leading force in cybersecurity and identity access management, alongside global talent in the industry.

As a Support Engineer, you'll be integral to the technical delivery process, working closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge security and identity products. Your responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing deployments, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You'll also play a crucial role in shaping product development by providing valuable feedback based on customer challenges.

The ideal candidate brings 4-6 years of enterprise IT experience, with strong expertise in Active Directory administration and troubleshooting. You'll need proven customer-facing experience, excellent technical problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the identity and access management landscape. Knowledge of Entra ID and Office 365 will be particularly valuable.

Responsibilities For Product Support Engineer

  • Troubleshoot technical and operational issues to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Help optimize deployments to meet customers' business, technical, and financial goals
  • Lead product upgrades in customers' production environments
  • Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers
  • Provide input and feedback to engineering teams and development
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products
  • Travel to customers or events as necessary

Requirements For Product Support Engineer

  • 4-6 years working in enterprise IT or enterprise software organization
  • Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory
  • Experience in customer-facing role as support engineer or system administrator
  • Proven troubleshooting abilities
  • Knowledge of identity and access management and infosec product landscapes
  • Knowledge of Entra ID and Office 365
  • Experience deploying and supporting solutions in production environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in CS, Economics, Engineering or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
