Responsibilities For Manufacturing Engineer
- Collaborate with development engineers to ensure manufacturability of new product designs
- Improve medical device manufacturing processes and integrate tools
- Develop and implement process control techniques
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop or procure equipment and tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
- Conduct process validation in accordance with FDA and ISO guidelines
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for manufacturing processes
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel
Requirements For Manufacturing Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years' experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer
- Knowledge of medical device standards and regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of production principles and techniques
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
