We're expanding our North America Sales Engineering team to serve as technical experts throughout our customers' journeys. As a Sales Engineer at Sentry, you'll be a crucial part of helping customers realize value from our products. Your role will involve providing technical demonstrations, advising on implementation best practices, and ensuring customer success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bringing technical expertise to customer demos, trials, implementations, and tickets
  • Developing best practices and educational content around error and performance management
  • Providing workshop-level interaction to drive maturity of use and broader adoption
  • Working across teams to represent the customer's voice and drive product improvements

  • Experience with pure SaaS solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • BS Degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science/Engineering)
