Description For Senior Mobile SDK Engineer

Sentry, a developer-focused software monitoring company with over $217 million in funding, is seeking a Senior Mobile SDK Engineer to join their client infrastructure team. The company serves 100,000+ organizations, including industry giants like Disney, Microsoft, and Atlassian, helping developers write better software faster through performance and error monitoring tools.

The role focuses on building and maintaining mobile SDKs (iOS, Android, React Native, and Flutter) that are crucial for Sentry's backend operations. As the primary owner of the iOS SDK and Mobile platform end-to-end, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of mobile performance monitoring and technologies like Session Replay.

Working in a hybrid environment with designated in-office days (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday), you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evolve APIs and product experiences. The position requires expertise in various programming languages including Swift/Objective-C, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin/Java, and Dart.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of software engineering experience, strong mobile platform development background, and excellent communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who values open-source contribution, as Sentry's product is entirely Open Source. The role offers competitive compensation starting at €79,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including equity grants, health insurance, and paid time off.

Join a modern software development team that values collaboration, innovation, and rapid iteration. You'll be part of a company that's committed to making software development better and more accessible, while working alongside thoughtful engineers who continuously push for excellence.
