• Work on cutting-edge blockchain and cryptocurrency projects
• Develop and optimize trading systems using Rust
• Connect third-party payment providers, banks, and local fiat channels with the exchange
• Take ownership of projects from end-to-end
• Contribute to the rapid growth of the company in an autonomous work environment

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Rust development
• 2+ years of experience in crypto/blockchain/web3
• Experience connecting third-party payment providers, banks, and local fiat channels with an exchange
• Strong skills in optimization and bug fixing
• Ability to take ownership of projects end-to-end
• Experience with rapid growth and ability to work autonomously
• A degree in Computer Science or a background in low-level systems programming and distributed systems design
• Fluency in English
