Since 2020, they've supported over 300 clients in consumer tech, web3 infrastructure, digital assets, venture capital, and AI. With a global team of 90 across 15 countries, they provide end-to-end marketing solutions including PR, growth marketing, and design.

The ideal candidate will join as a Sr. Software Engineer working on the Serotonin Platform, bringing deep software development experience and broad knowledge across design, product, and data. The role requires 5+ years of experience, with a preference for early-stage startup experience and 0 to 1 product development.

You'll work with both web2 and web3 technologies, using tools like React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript. The position offers significant autonomy in defining features and product direction, while also contributing to team growth through mentorship and technical leadership.

The role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking, requiring someone comfortable with ambiguity and independent progress. You'll need deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with React and Node.js. While web3 knowledge is beneficial, it's not mandatory.
