Site Reliability Engineer (Colombia, All-Levels)

Sezzle, a NASDAQ-listed U.S.-based company, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their Infrastructure team. This role blends software development and operations to continuously automate environments and scale cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include:

• Participating in a Pagerduty on-call rotation to respond to production incidents
• Maintaining and developing monitoring and alerting solutions
• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure
• Assisting product developers in debugging and triaging production issues

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor's in computer science (preferred) or equivalent related experience
• Basic knowledge of Microservice Architecture, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Familiarity with deployment/provisioning tools like Terraform, Helm, Ansible
• Knowledge of Linux platforms
• Comfort working with Golang, Python, and shell script
• Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies
• Close familiarity with software engineering tools, methodologies, and release processes

The company offers competitive salaries based on experience level:

• Junior: $2,000 - $5,200 USD per month
• Mid: $5,400 - $8,750 USD per month
• Senior: $7,000 - $9,200 USD per month
