Responsibilities For Maintenance Engineer

  • Work with Maintenance and Reliability Engineers to implement maintenance strategies
  • Analyze equipment failures and address time-sensitive issues
  • Coordinate and implement proactive maintenance practices
  • Apply maintenance and reliability best practices including Root Cause Failure Analysis
  • Develop and optimize maintenance and reliability processes
  • Ensure technical accuracy of job plans
  • Verify and update BOM after equipment modifications
  • Optimize Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR)
  • Make equipment recommendations for improvement
  • Standardize parts and manage spare parts inventory
  • Mentor technicians on reliability maintenance
  • Monitor and evaluate production processes and equipment
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot breakdown issues

Requirements For Maintenance Engineer

  • 4-year degree preferred, 2-year technical degree considered in mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in similar role
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing industry, food production preferred
  • Preferred experience as Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Supervisor
