Senior Engineer, Autonomy Integration

The role is based in the San Diego Metro Area and offers a competitive salary range of $158,400 - $237,600, along with additional benefits including bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits package. This position is part of the Hivemind Systems Emerging Applications team, where you'll be at the forefront of developing new Hivemind SDK capabilities and applying them to emerging platforms and solutions.

As an Autonomy Integration Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing innovative solutions for runtime assurance and autonomy across emerging platforms, integrating autonomy software on hardware platforms, and creating specialized capabilities that incorporate platform-specific sensors, effectors, and motion models. The role requires extensive experience with C++14 and beyond, Python, Docker, and version control systems, along with a strong background in large, complex distributed systems.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combinations with advanced degrees), demonstrating not only technical expertise but also strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
