The company is currently seeking a Senior Staff Aero-Propulsion Engineer to spearhead the development, integration, and optimization of air-breathing propulsion systems for their aircraft platforms. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, requiring 10+ years of industry experience and deep knowledge of aero-propulsion systems.

The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $161,019 to $241,529 annually, plus additional benefits including bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits package. For international positions, the company provides additional support including visa assistance and relocation benefits.

The ideal candidate will lead critical initiatives in propulsion system design, collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines, and mentor junior engineers.
