Responsibilities For Staff Engineer, System Test (R3130)
- Lead test campaigns for integrating Hivemind mission autonomy elements on various external platforms
- Generate test strategy including system level test planning, verification and validation
- Manage configuration of test elements including Software and Hardware-In-the-Loop
- Develop test cases and metrics to measure system performance
- Conduct risk assessments for flight test operations
- Establish best practices and Standard Operating Procedures
- Document test procedures, results, and lessons learned
- Support travel to internal and customer integration events
Requirements For Staff Engineer, System Test (R3130)
- B.S. degree in STEM discipline (Aerospace, Software, Computer Engineering)
- 5+ years of experience in test environments including Software/Hardware In the Loop
- Experience with cross-functional support with Systems Engineering
- Strong organizational and methodical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated record of hard work and being a trustworthy teammate
