Shipfusion, a leader in eCommerce and logistics, is seeking a Junior-to-Mid-level Full-Stack Developer to join our Dev Support Engineering team. As a support engineer on our PHP-based platform, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our system and providing technical support to internal departments. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to establishing Shipfusion's proprietary technology as the global leader in web-based 3PL software.
Key responsibilities include resolving technical support requests, managing incident platforms, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with senior developers on complex fixes. You'll work with a stack that includes PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and SQL databases, while also gaining exposure to DevOps environments and AWS.

Responsibilities For Junior-to-Mid-level Full-Stack Developer
- Resolve support requests requiring technical interventions
- Work in rotated time slots between 8am ET and 7pm ET
- Escalate complex queries to senior team members
- Manage internal task and incident management platform
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on the platform or IT systems
- Provide regular communication on progress of support calls
- Balance and prioritize multiple tasks
- Document and contribute to the knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior developers on complex fixes
- Assist in software rollouts and project/technology delivery
- Monitor health of internal systems
- Report support and system trends to senior tech team
Requirements For Junior-to-Mid-level Full-Stack Developer
- Experience with PHP
- Transactional database knowledge in SQL
- At least 2 years practical experience in web-based software development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills
- Openness to learning new technologies and ability to adapt quickly
