Description For Frontend Engineer

Showpad, founded in 2011, is revolutionizing sales enablement as the world's leading Enablement Operating System (eOS™). As a Frontend Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions for sales content creation, organization, and distribution. The role demands expertise in modern frontend frameworks, particularly Angular, with a focus on building complex architectures using modular components.

You'll work in a dynamic environment with dual headquarters in Ghent and Chicago, and offices across major European cities. The company culture emphasizes impact, purpose, and belonging, offering a flexible work environment based on trust and success enablement.

The position involves full ownership of frontend feature development, writing scalable code, and collaborating with backend developers and UX/UI designers. You'll participate in the entire software development lifecycle using agile methodologies, from requirement gathering to deployment.

Key technical requirements include 3+ years of frontend development experience, strong expertise in Angular, and experience with complex architectures. Additional valuable skills include knowledge of cloud environments (AWS) and backend technologies (PHP, Node, Kotlin).

Requirements For Frontend Engineer

Node.js

  • Team player and good communicator
  • 3+ years of experience as a Frontend developer using Angular
  • Experience building and maintaining complex architectures with modular components
  • Experience with the agile way of working
  • Experience with digital asset management (nice to have)
  • Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of backend technologies (PHP, Node or Kotlin) (nice to have)
