Senior Engineer

As a Senior Engineer at Showpad, you'll drive innovation for new functionalities and optimize existing codebase with full autonomy and ownership. You'll join a team building and maintaining the Showpad platform, which enables thousands of companies and hundreds of thousands of sellers to work more efficiently.

Your responsibilities include:

• Working on projects like bringing transcriptions, summaries, and intelligent suggestions to customer libraries in the Content management domain
• Developing new identity types in the IAM domain
• Solving complex problems and building performant, scalable, low latency, and highly available services
• Taking an active part in an autonomous team, deciding on team-related items
• Collaborating with product and design teams
• Designing and implementing architecture for groundbreaking new features

You'll need:

• 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer
• Experience with Typescript, Kotlin, or Java
• API design and implementation experience
• Cloud computing knowledge (AWS experience is a plus)
• Docker/Kubernetes experience
• Strong software testing skills
• Continuous integration and delivery mindset
