Description For Technical Support Engineer

Showpad, a leading sales enablement platform founded in 2011, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team. With offices across multiple locations including Ghent, Chicago, London, Munich, and Portland, Showpad has built a diverse team of over 400 professionals dedicated to empowering revenue teams through innovative training and coaching software.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be the crucial link between customers and the engineering team, serving as both a customer advocate internally and a Showpad ambassador externally. Your primary focus will be handling technical requests and ensuring an effortless support experience for customers. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of web technologies.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing or technical role, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities and a customer-centric mindset. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with teams across different locations to resolve high-priority issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues focusing on delivering effortless support experience
  • Work closely with engineering team to resolve high priority issues
  • Collaborate with teams in Ghent, Portland and Chicago
  • Scale up the knowledge of the support team
  • Translate customer questions and issues into solutions
  • Work with other Showpad teams to ensure customer's voice is heard

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer
