We are seeking an Adobe Target Developer to deliver complex solutions to customers and work effectively both individually and as part of a team. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to assess technical feasibility for executing marketing tests and personalized experiences, as well as developing analytic dashboards and automated reports for a key retail client.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing best practices for technical implementations using Adobe Target
- Delivering website optimization and customized experience strategies
- Configuring and operating Adobe Target for multi-channel campaigns
- Debugging and troubleshooting configuration and integration issues
- Partnering with analytics teams on measurement across customized site experiences
- Communicating with various teams regarding solutions for testing strategies
- Driving technical efforts with IT partners, site management, and creative teams
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with A/B testing and site personalization, preferably using Adobe Target
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for Adobe Launch modifications
- Experience with Adobe Launch and Adobe Target Web service implementation
- Ability to integrate additional systems and build out the Adobe stack
- Skills in implementing A/B tests and prioritizing testing
- Capability to support an ongoing roadmap of Target improvements
Preferred qualifications include AEM knowledge, experience in design-level documentation, and the ability to use real-time web analytics for monitoring and optimizing testing outcomes.
