Responsibilities For Lead Engineer - Store Technology

  • Lead and oversee technology infrastructure operations, updates, and configurations
  • Manage Tanium for endpoint security, configuration, and patch management
  • Provide leadership in managing mobile device platforms (Airwatch, Android OS, Google/Chrome OS)
  • Configure and manage Windows environments across multiple locations
  • Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Oversee iOS device configurations and system integration
  • Monitor and configure printer management systems
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts
  • Provide L2/L3 support for complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and external vendors
  • Maintain and document standard operating procedures

Requirements For Lead Engineer - Store Technology

Linux
  • 8 years of experience in IT roles with infrastructure management focus
  • Strong experience with Tanium for endpoint security
  • Proven experience in managing AWS cloud services
  • Experience in Windows Configuration across multiple locations
  • Familiarity with Airwatch and Android OS Management
