Responsibilities For Lead/Senior Data Engineer
- Lead data strategy and own vision/roadmap of data products
- Execute data ingestion, integration and transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Analytics, Data Science, and other business units
- Build monitoring processes for data management and quality
- Provide training and mentor team members
- Ensure data compliance and privacy regulations
- Manage and lead a team of engineers including hiring and performance evaluations
Requirements For Lead/Senior Data Engineer
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data management and data engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Lead role managing engineers
- 5+ years of Experience in SQL and Snowflake
- 3+ years experience in Python
- Experience with AWS Tools (Redshift, S3, EC2, Glue)
- Experience with Airflow and DBT
- Expertise in data modeling and advanced SQL
- Experience with BI tools like MicroStrategy, Looker
- Excellent communication skills
