Responsibilities For OMS Engineer
- Design, develop and maintain microservices-based architecture using java and Spring Boot
- Oversee the Integration of Sterling OMS with various subsystems
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers
- Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability and reliability
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development lifecycle
- QA to deliver high-quality solutions on time
Requirements For OMS Engineer
- 4+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS
- Extensive experience in Java and Spring frameworks
- Familiarity with Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Strong understanding of relational databases (Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
