  • Facilitate use of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud to develop 360-degree customer view
  • Implement flows, approval processes, object customizations, app configurations, email templates, and Lightning page layouts
  • Develop custom Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, and secure system integrations
  • Collaborate on solutions that foster high user adoption and low maintenance
  • Mentor others in the Platform and its Development environment
  • Develop and maintain Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud interfaces
  • Work with Ampscript programming

Requirements For Salesforce Service Cloud Developer

Java
  • Experience as a Salesforce Developer using Lightning and Apex
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, AWS API gateway integration
