Description For Retool Developer

Sidetool is your Bubble | Retool | FlutterFlow ride-or-die partner. We are currently seeking a Retool Developer to join our team. As a Retool Developer, your main responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing web applications using the Retool platform. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to comprehend user requirements and transform them into functional and visually appealing applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Retool applications from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Retool Developer
  • Mid or advanced knowledge of SQL, JavaScript and Python
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
  • English (B2 Business). Written is a must. Conversational is a plus
  • Candidates must reside in North, Central, or South America
  • Bonus: Experience with other no-code/low-code platforms
