Sift, a leading innovator in Digital Trust & Safety, is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join their growing presales team in the enterprise segment. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, supporting Enterprise Account Executives in distributing their fraud prevention solution to major businesses worldwide.

The ideal candidate will be part of a creative, technical problem-solving team that partners with prospects to tackle Digital Trust challenges. As a Sales Engineer, you'll need to master the Sift product suite and its machine learning technology, serving as both an internal and external voice for customers. The role involves demonstrating technical value to business and technical buyers, including C-Suite executives.

Key responsibilities include evangelizing the Sift platform, simplifying complex business challenges through custom integrations, developing internal processes, and influencing the product roadmap based on market feedback. The position requires a unique blend of technical proficiency (including programming languages like Python, Java, Ruby) and strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to various stakeholders.

  • Outstanding customer-facing communication skills

  • Proficiency with programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby
  • Experience with web servers and common databases
  • Ability to read and write SQL
